1 个月I love how systems enhance creativity instead of limiting it!
That's a great point about amplifying creativity, not killing it. I've seen so many early-stage companies get bogged down in the weeds, focusing on the wrong things. The 111 details framework sounds super helpful for prioritizing.

1 个月Number 1 so underrated. I've often felt the fleeting sparks of creativity and wished that's how it could always be -- but the reality is that the structure and predictability of creativity comes down to the systems created to support it -- to capture ideas, have a process to choose and develop them, and to distribute. It minimizes decisions in a major way which will always leave more brain space for the creativity to actually come through.
