Why do so many of us white women—myself included—struggle to use our voices effectively in the moments that matter most? For over 30 years, I’ve watched brilliant white women hit the same wall: ? We’ve read the books. ? We believe in racial equity. ? And yet… our thinking and actions falter when race enters the room. It’s not because we don’t care. It’s because the white racial conditioning we’ve inherited collides with the gender conditioning that taught us to keep the peace, be polite, and avoid rocking the boat. I’ve been there myself—both as a white woman and as the mayor of Minneapolis during some of the most racially charged events of our time. I know the toll it takes when our values and our silence clash. That’s why I created?Brilliance Unbound, a masterclass on August 6th for white women who: ? are tired of second-guessing themselves in racial equity conversations ? want tools to navigate tense moments with clarity instead of fear ? choose to reclaim their thinking and their voice This is 100%?not?about shaming ourselves into action. It’s about understanding what’s happening inside us—and learning how to lead with both courage and humanity. It’s a small, confidential group. Nothing leaves the room. ?? Curious? DM me or drop a comment. I’d love to tell you more. ??
