The instructor was very clear, the explanations and examples made a lot of sense. The term coaching and coachees has today gotten a different meaning for me than before. Especially the feedback part, as that is a very big challenge when one is a leader, because even if the organisation has not yet formally introduced coaching, every leader in the organisation is a coach.
